Over 95% human rights violation charges againt Army false

New Delhi: Around 96 percent of human rights violation cases against army in Jammu and Kashmir are false. According to army sources, in Jammu and Kashmir 1037 allegations of human rights violations were received from 1994 to 31st may 2018 out which 991 were found out to be false, which accounts to be 96 percent.
